Never-ending journey towards excellence. Strive for Excellence is a framework that seeks to provide a comprehensive approach for Nafcel in achieving and maintaining excellence in its operations. This model comprises several dimensions that are critical to the success of the organization.

This includes defining the company’s sales strategy, sales processes and managing sales personnel’s performance and effectiveness.

We understand unique customers requirements and specifications and appreciate the diversity in markets conditions and regulations. Our customer technical service provide valuable advices and support to customers giving a unique competitive edge. We have invested in state-of-the-art online and offline inspection systems that are connected to an industry of choice SPC software which enables us to control our parameters and reduce variability in a 6-sigma arena.

Strive includes road maps, action plans and KPI towards Excellence in 8 dimensions: HSE, Quality, Manufacturing, People, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance. STRIVE is utilizes frameworks and tools like Lean 6-Sigma and benchmarks against best-in-class practices.
